I can't up the guide since it has orb so early. You can't really use it freely until you have 1300 mana, and AI is just too strong of a skill to not max at 7.
Can't +1 this as I agree with the others that Arcane Orb is too good to not get early.
Remember this is all my opinion.
500 mana=orb will deal 30 dmg. orb lvl 1 deal 6 dmg per 100 mana. Just if something dosnt know.
I dont know if i agree with you. 100 mana for doing like 30 extra dmg(and its not always that you will have 500 mana early) maybe even less. when u can have maxed W or E you can get 10 int for 60 sec. which is imo alot more stable source of dmg when you will last hit and denies. Plus alot easyer to get lane dominance.
And over to the guide.
Agha gives 100 range to your ulti. 390 hp, 280 mana. 10 int 110(and plus 1 for every int extra u have over) dmg to ulti.
Agha gives 455 mana(orb deals more dmg) 190 hp. and 150% mana regen. 35 int 350 dmg to ulti. plus the ability to hex.
So agha in my opinion is always bad. better get hex even shivas. that gives u armor and 30 int. boosts ur ult some too.
Right Now OD Needs a Justified Buff...... If Not sooner or later it will be outphased by newer heroes that are coming like ember, phoenix and a lot more..
problem with going astral mode.. is that if you go mid.. your chances of ganking is 0 (zero)
since u dont have any dps build up for that,
secondly your opponent will probably gank since lanning with u is inconvenient then it will make other lanes harder since you only have astral meaning u teleporting on other lanes to help on gank will do no good or just be waste of time.....
what OD needs is a good team that will carry OD throughout the game, until OD can secure items..
as much as possible be invisible throughout the game... which is so hard to do especially when they have invi heroes aka (nerub, bh, clinks, slark)
Last of all.. OD's Ult needs a BUFF..... it barely damages most heroes nowadays because of these updates on maps, they also tweak most of the heroes.. leaving OD in a bad spot for his ULT..
I understand a lot of players will say OD is OP when late.. but normally OD is being carried by his team so that he can get items, not necessarily OD is carrying the game...
If u want to learn OD.. you need to learn to die alot ( LIKE ALOT ALOT) and you will realize that OD is weak right now and needs a buff....
Im a devoted OD player and right now it has become really hard to play OD in high level (20+) in DOTA2....
because of items and buffs that has been added on certains players.
but just keep hoping the will finally BUFF the OD sooner or Later.
Can't +1 this as I agree with the others that Arcane Orb is too good to not get early. A few extra points of INT in the first few levels (assuming you can even safely cast) is not nearly as good as the extra harass an orb attack gives.
Agh's should be situational. It really doesn't do all that much for his ult, and in my opinion the money could be better spent on something else that offers HP. If you absolutely want to improve his ult further than Refresher is far better bang for your buck. I know you mentioned that but it really should be ranked higher than Agh's if you already have your INT items.
Lastly, you're lacking info on when not to pick OD (lots of enemy silence, never as an early pick) and what heroes he synergizes particularly well with due to his aura (Ogre Magi and Lina come to mind).
I would get at least one level in orb even if you are leveling imprisonment and aura first. That one level will boost your damage quite a bit when you need it so you probably shouldn't skip it.
Actually, I would max imprisonment, grab orb at 9, then ulti at 10/11. For like the first 20 minutes two level 4 imprisonments will render any non-int hero basically without mana to do anything.
You should mention BKB. Any competent team is going to keep OD stunned or silenced as long as possible. Shiva's is also a pretty good alternative to Atos -- int, tank, and a slow, though it does have a worse buildup.
This is exactly how I play him. The only thing I can really say is make the guild more appealing to look at. You could add some color and pictures to make it visually appealing as well as informative.
Also you could add a friends and foes part and a little detail into the laning phase. Still I love the content +1
Arcane Orb at level 1.Max Astral Imprisonment and essence aura after that.This works too but its way too passive.Stealing 20 INT from Sven at lvl 7,you'll leave him with 89 mana,as the max value.

using this guide I've had a record run of 4-1 in 5 public matchmaking games, with the 1 loss because of very very very newb team mates.

OD is also a situational Mek carrier.
I would suggest to add some color and bold text, and maybe even images to depict scenes etc.
