Ha, the 4th build is "how to not" play ck, not "how to". Anyways, I pick him against carries who dont have aoe disables and (preferably) can damage 1 target at once. Spectre, Lifestealer, Huskar, Weaver... you destroy them all no matter what items do they buy. Manta spectre might have a chance against you but your job is to make sure she doesn't get to it.
Heroes I don't recommend you to pick CK against are serious pushers/antipushers like techies, tinker and naga. Tinker aghs requires you to go mkb asap or you do 0 damage. Sven is almost unkillable if played right.
