Fuzzy Wuzzy the Warrior is the fiercest member of an ursine tribe, protective of his land and his people. During the long winters, while the mothers sleep and nurse their cubs, the males patrol the lands above as tireless, vigilant defenders of their ancient ways. Hearing dim but growing rumors of a spreading evil, Fuzzy Wuzzy headed out beyond the boundaries of his wild wooded homeland, intending to track down and destroy the threat at its source, before it could endanger his people. He is a proud creature with a bright strong spirit, utterly trustworthy, a staunch ally and defender.
Ursa is a semi-tank/better than semi-carry hero who could easily get some kills with his versatile skill set. Basically everybody thinks Ursa is a difficult hero to play with but this guide would go on the top most preferences and would help you a lot. (I think)
Fuzzy Wuzzy the Ursa Warrior (or simply Ursa) is a melee agility hero whose abilities' main focus is the increase of autoattack damage, allowing for some of the most impressive sustained damage in the entire game.
He specializes in increasing damage against one target. His abilities allow him to attack at up to maximum speed (400 IAS) and gain bonus damage with each consecutive hit on a single target. With these abilities Overpower and Fury SwipesUrsa can savage beefy targets for as much as 700 damage per hit. He is a ferocious jungler and straightforward attacker, able to solo even Roshan at low levels if he has Vladmir's Offering or another lifesteal. Ursa is a carry who can snowball if he is farmed, but the array of anti-melee abilities existing even by the early game and his lack of any counterspells, especially to strong nukers and heroes with the ability to evade him make him a hero reliant on other spells on his team. Although an agility hero, Ursa's strength gain makes him very durable, and his ultimate allows his damage to scale by building strength items.
As mentioned above, Ursa skill set is one of the best co-dependent skill set I've ever saw.
It consists of
1. Earth Shock - Kinda Thunderclap of Brewmaster
2. Overpower - Gives you max attackspeed
3. Fury Swipes - Stacks bonus Damage
4. Enrage - Gives bonus Damage
Better watch this if you are still not sure about the skills
Ursa should focus on completing his Vlads first. Then go for phase boots and later others.
Since we start with a Ring of Protection, Get the RoR,RoB and collect the vlads recipe with the courier. Make sure you get the mask of death last, since it doesnt stack properly with the 3rd skill.
Ursa is one of the heroes who can get roshan at a very early level. After getting vlads, go to roshan. You'll be about lvl 5 or 6 according to my experience. Just pop Overpower and hit roshan. As your third skill stacks you'll get the appropriate life steal also. Pop your ultimate if you are lvl 6. Ask your teammates not to come near you and let them leave roshan solo to you. According to my exp. you'll grow to lvl 8 even you're lvl 5 or 6 and with this half of your Phase boots would be complete.
Roshan is close to the bot lane for both the teams, so better get a bot gank and complete your phase boots. Then i would Prefer a Shadow blade. It would synergise well with ursa.
Ursa needs to pop 2nd skill first then wait for a few seconds and then pop up ultimate. Then pop shadow blade and wait for a few seconds for your Overpower to get its cooldown. Then hit the hero. Before your finish your 6 attacks, you'll get another 6 attacks since the cd is less than the duration. :)
A BKB is very important. Basically ursa is a paper to the nukers and desperately requires a BKB. It would also not interfere with the ultimate and 2nd skill.
Ursa could also get a decent or 2 decent hearts. It would not only increase the Overall Tankiness of Ursa but also increase his damage since his ultimate works on the amount of HP.
Ursa could also get a daedalus, or a basher because they got a percent chance and they could proc ( about 90%) in the overpower 6 attacks. With enough inventory, You should get a decent critical strike of about 1000 damage. If you are lucky, you could get about 2-5 criticals in line. You could also get Tanky heroes like alchemist or huskar
Ursa would love a supporter as an ally or a nice initiator.
The best according to me are
1. Ancient Apparation - His cold feet could be cold blood for you.
2. Earthshaker - Both shake the earth. He could block the foes hence making you easy to hit.
3. Magnus - The reverse polarity could be helpful if you timed it perfectly
4. TIny - His toss would give a nice lead.
All the nukers would be his enemies and who survive and might kill in his burst of damage like HUskar. A Tinker would also be like a pain in the butt.
