The boots of travel are meant for replacing arcane boots after you have 5 items and boots. I rarely get to the point where I can change boots and the only reason they are even listed in early game is because some people prefer to get the teleport boots so they can push a lane then once a gank is coming they teleport to a different one without having to worry about a cooldown on his skill. I still recommend arcane boots but BoT are just an option.

If you really need extra speed Euls would be a better option, in my opinion.

the bloodstone is mostly for health and hp regen, not for the mana. the BoT are there as an option but i dont recommend them until late late late game just for the extra speed, not tele

Bloodstone and BoT are wasted on this guy. Get Scythe of Vyse instead or maybe even Desolator.

Or tp boots on a hero with a global tp.

But it has stacks man! Stacks! :LoL:

Why do you need a bloodstone on a hero that doesn't run out of mana?
