For your start item get gloves. It, in combination with your two passives, will give you lane domination. Just last hit creeps and when foe approches, just autto attack him. Get boots and hyperstone. It gives you better stun proc and kill stealing potential. Make mjollnir from it. Now you can get some farm in woods thanks to chain lightning. Carry portal scrolls to be in every fight. Get crit to absolutely dominate
