These are the items that depends on the game situation. It varies from game to game, opposing heroes are a determining factor as well.
Aghanims, kaya, black king bar and desolator, to me are the very crucial items for CM.
I know, why desolator? At this stage you have already reach level 20 which you can unlock the +250 attack speed. Imagine CM with desolator on a +250 attack speed. No one can escape on a 1 on 1 situations. You have BKB and dagger to protect you. Not to mention the crystal nova and frostbite for slow.
At this stage of the game, blink dagger is very important for CM. This is mainly for her mobility for easy ganks and sometimes initiations.
These are the basic items for CM at the very start of the game. Mostly for support, hp and mana regen and movement speed.
