Haven't played enigma before so I referred to this guide, as usual mate great work. I did find the mana up and down but it was to how I was playing. I'd probably scrap the soul ring and rush the perseverance. (jungling)-lane might be different. I also stopped jungling rather quick and started ganking (I'm not a selfish jungler) but maybe a gank build might be nice to add?

Wouldn't ever chose arcane. You should rush Refresher after dagger and BKB unless your team is winning in perfectly good conditions but if the game is highly disputed u should rush it.
