Dont be afriad to use flame guard to get last hits, your bottle is paramount when you're midding as is rune control. Once you finish your phase poor mans and bottle, before 10 minutes hopefully, go wild. You can gank once you finish your bottle quite easily as you have a disable and 2 good nukes.
