Carrying a gem on clinkz is suciide lol. I pretty much explained already why nomicon 3 can be godly, but it's definitely not core... but it's still an option of purchase. Most of clink's damage is innate due to searing arrows and strafe, so all he needs early is health and mana which nomicon grants.
Necro 3? it's good for pushing but it's money extensive for Bone, you could get MKB or Buriza with a bit more money and push better late game. If you want to clear ward, GEM <<<? or let others get necro 3. Late hero shouldn't be too versatile on items. There should be a fix amount of item needed for late heroes to some degree. Most int hero should be the one making support items not late-hero, especially not for Bone.
As far as your skill selection in the wind walk build is pretty risky and inefficient.
