You are basically nyx with this build. However, you can also build more crit damage if stuggling to do successful ganks. the MKB isn't a need and can be replaced with the Deso (like a normal build), but you should be happily fed if all goes well. IDC about your problems with this. (works really well in pub games and Ranked up to 3K MMR)
