Divine Rapier Use

When using divine rapier you need to be careful and try not to die. Dazzle's "Shallow Grave" ability keeps the selected target from dying, but they can still take damage to 1hp. This gives Dazzle an extra amount of time to kill. Keep in mind Dazzle is still squishy, it would be wise to have some other healer or tank with you, ie. Omniknight, or Treant. They can keep you alive even longer with their abilities. When getting the divine rapier you should get a mask of madness, use it when you activate shallow grave. This will increase you attack speed and movement speed. The lifesteal provided will help you recover health.

Dazzle has a fast projectile speed, but his attack speed will still need to be increased. Things like Mjollnir, Assault Cuirass, and Monkey King Bar will make up for his lack of attack speed. These should be your second core item. MKB is better than the others in respect that it gives true strike, which prevents attacks from missing, and counters agility heroes who use butter fly.

Mana boots are important to keep you able to use your shallow grave.
