Heart is not the luxury, it's just the first item you should get.
Putting 1 point in overcharge till he ages 10+ is simply waste of level.

2Jonathan Han****. Dagger is useable, very flexible stuff. Shadow blade is not - simply waste of money.

Can you please explain how a wisp will farm these items?
I see most on the chart are around 2200 gold.

Please tell us when Shadow Blade and Blink Dagger should ever be used.

Explain skill build, wouldn't early game nukes be more efficient?
