You should totally add Silencer as a Friend for Meepo. His Global Silence gives you up to 6 (or 7 or optimally 14) seconds cc and nuke free. For Meepo this is like a 4/5/6/7/14 second Disable for everyone because you have a root and plenty of damage yourself to finish off some guys.
Another nice item for Meepo is Sheepstick. It gives you a really strong disable (and usually a safe kill because **** escapes) and the main dmg comes from your poof anyway so it doesnt really matter what items you get (Veil is a viable choice too if your team has enough magical dmg).
And you could maybe add Skadi because it gives 25 strength and 25 agi and a nice ms and as (!) slow. Skadi could be situational better than heart (not if you need just pure tankiness).
And you really shoud add a section about control grouping. It makes controlling Meepo way easier if you don´t need to click 1 nearly dead meepo out of 5. I usually bind them on 1-5.

NONONO YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER GET MEKS AS A CORE ON MEEP, IT IS JUST NOT ON, IT IS PURELY A SITUATIONAL ITEM, UNLESS THIS IS A ****ING SUPPORT MEEPO BUILD. It's better to rush Aghs and Blink then to get a Meks, that's a support job, not a carry job... GAH
he called it supportive meepo. If there are any issues it would be that it should be blink instead of aghs
Tigerre I will be adding on to the guide a secondary item build as well as additional information of blink poofing and ethereal blade nuking. I would hope you would recognize it as a "usuable build" after I add it on.
