And I dont agree on not taking early damage from 3rd skill. Actually, early cold feet is mostly intended for FB. Othervise, getting high damage means a lot. These 3-4 attacks totally ensure you deny and you partner gets creeps. So its kinda a must. Even so, if you want to do early assault on rune. This extra 60 damage for 3 attacks for 3 heroes is like uhhh. 100% FB.
Stats are nice, but just get branches. Skills determine your presence and stats determine your survivability and mana pool. Gauntlet of str and 2 branches cover your stat problems easily and completely
Nice guide, pretty clever thing. Esp Radiance, which now gives not only damage and stuff, but 17% misses to everybody.
I dont agree with you on Rod of Atos thing, because its not about being cheaper. euls can be started in the line with sages mask + give alot of mana regen, where atos simply gives the pool - meaning you have to either get a soul ring to counter mana problems (which you will start having pretty soon if you dont go to base constantly) or get, well, euls. The other thing is, that atos is MUCH, MUCH harder to build than euls. FOR THIS KIND OF HERO I MEAN. Euls parts are like ~350, 650, 850 and 1000. very, very easy to build and parts grant alot of bonuses. Atos is 1000+1000+1100. Its very hard. Aand benefits are questionable, where euls give just a bit less mana, but give insane mana regeneration and start being usefull right when you start building them. Apparat relies heavily on skills and well he needs mana regen more than pool with his cooldowns. His pool is ok anyways but low regen is not. so atos falls here again. Compared to euls, atos for pos 2-3 hero seems weeeell... not so nice. + mobility, which is a problem for apparation. I think its hands down eul win
Octarine core is nice thing too. 40 sec cd with 17 sec duration or 30 sec cd with 17 duration
is a tonns of difference. plus, you can spam your skills nonstop. I think its nice extension.
Eye of skady is too, but its mostly for 60+ games, where you have just about everything, but that 35% slow is just soo cool.
nice guide for me... But , AA has only a lower Armor and he has not much Strength !!..
and easily to kill for enemy ... As my view, i don`t like Radiance ...
instead of Radiance, can I use Shadow Blade ???
so I can get a little attack speed. . . . and then , I will get the save condition !!
I am just a Noob !! but .I really interested in AA ... More than Support , i ever like to play AA as a Carry.....
I mean that can I prefer Shadow Blade to Radiance?????
Advice me ,sir ??? plz !!!

I strongly disagree with your item choices though. Both because you are starting with Mantle of Intelligence in a pair and because you aren't buying wards/smoke/courior/ pooling your items out at the start of the game (this means sentries if Observers are on cooldown)
Though, that said, I really like this skillbuild. At one of the lowest Strength gains in all of dota, (1.4, Anti-Mage, Pugna, and Enchantress being the only ones behind him) he really needs HP. and only having about 2 armor doesn't really help. Situationally, the ice vortex or chilling touch will be useful, and it is up to me to call when that is. Bulking up for no money, however, is something I really enjoy doing.
Also remember that there are games in which leveling cold feet over the other skills is a mistake too. Like, if the enemy has a weaver, slark, puck, timbersaw... really any hero that wont be staying in one place for long and is pretty difficult to stop. In those games, you will be wasting your time getting points in cold feet.
An early point into chilling touch is so good if you have another stunner/disabler in your lane. It's an extra 150 magical damage for each hero over 3 auto attacks which you cna probably get off. He has no aoe other than his ulti(im not counting ice vortex since it does no damage) which has a 45 second range. AA cant push for his life. And your missing an orchid which is amazing on int semicarries.
I won't comment on the items/skillbuild that much as you specified that it is controversial (and you are correct!), but you lack a bit of item continuity. You don't use your mantle of intelligence for anything afterwards. Why not get a gauntlet of strength at the start as you're going to get an urn anyway, and the extra hp is nice on such a squishy hero when you get little regen as well.
I also don't really think there's much point trying to build AA as a pusher as you have no skill which can clear creepwaves quickly besides your ult.
