Reasoning: Max out Locust Swarm first because it will be your main farming skill. You want to get one level of Silence early to avoid ganks and first blood attempts. Witchcraft helps with Movement Speed Increase, Mana Cost Reduction, CD Decrease, and Exorcism Spirits. Take Witchcraft as much as you can after Locust Swarm. Finish with your silence and then after that take Stats. Complete your ultimate as soon as you are able to put points in at 6, 11, and 16.
