Introduction

Hi guys, this is my first guide. I also have to tell you that i'm french so please give a chance.

I played dota 2 since few months now. If you are like me you probably ask yourself, "why do i still play that freakin hard game?" I spent more than 100 hours on this game and i still find it so hard.

After many try, i found Clinkz a nice ranged hero with a good escape and a very good attack speed. Now it goes better. There is a few guide about him but i hope this one would be better.

Pros / Cons

Now the pros and con

+ A really good escape

+ Can get an easy kill at level 4 sometimes before.

+ When you reach level 6 you are for few minutes the strongest hero on the map

+ You can roam everywhere very fast so its easy to help your team on both lane.

+ Great mid

+ Great rune control

+ Master farmer

- Squishy

- You have to leave your lane to farm

- Mana dependant for a while

Skills

Clinkz has four awesome skill.

First you should max is searing arrows. It ad from 20 to 50 more damage on your auto attack. This is useful to harass the ennemy hero, help to get an early kill, allows you to get almost every last hit on the creeps. You get all that for a cost of 8 mana each arrow.

After that you should go with Wind walk. The one makes you invisible and allows you to run faster. I unlock the first level soon so if i'm low mana or energy i use it to go to the town center, regen, and i use it to go back to my lane. It is fast, you are always full of everything and you dont lost to much experience because you do it fast. Also, you can use that to come back by the river and kill your ennemy before he see you. With his duration 20 to 35 seconds and his 20 seconds cooldown, it can always be on. I highly recommend to always have 75 mana in your pool so you can flee if anything go wrong.

Strafe is your best friend when you want to destroy a tower. I unlock it at level 4. If u didnt kill the enemy hero before, that will get you your first kill, and the second one and every kill after that. If you use the auto-attack with searing arrows, you use Wind walk to become invisible, you get behind the other mid hero and you attack with strafe he his a dead hero for sure. Watch out, combined with auto searing arrows, it drains a lot of mana early in the game. Usually, after the kill, i go to my town center to regen. Sometimes, i come back at the same time than the hero i just killed and i do it again the same way.

The ultimate, Death pact is a wow skill. At first you might not like it. Its not an luminous magical phenomen but it works and that is what is the most important.

First you must learn the jungle. There is 3 level of neutral creep in the game. Easy, medium and hard (Roshan and The Ancients are not included in that, Death Pact and Hand of midas dont work on them). Each side has 1 spot of easy creep, 2 spot of medium ceep and 2 spot of hard creep. We will focus on the hard creep. This link explain where they are on the map.
