I hate to break it to you but your video is a little under 2 years old. That was many patches ago and many things have changed since then.
Hmm, I think he is much more viable since push-heavy heroes were buffed, Shaker is picked more becasuse of anti-push. Also the buffs he had over the patches.

Hmmm, I think ES is much more viable in this patch because of the constant buffing to pushing heroes, so ES is reused again to stop pushes; probably why he's picked slightly more. Also to mention the constang buffs Shaker had in recent patches, reaching a point of 400% damage enchant totem every 5 seconds.
I'm going to be extremely blunt with you and say this is utterly bad, but i do commend you on thinking outside the box!
