Hi, I've been playing as Viper for around 25 games now, and i have one every single one. This guide is not hard to follow due to the fact that Viper is a very easy Carry to use. I hope this guide helps you.
At the beginning you will want to go bottom, you will mostly want to farm for the first 5-10 minutes, while your farming make sure to buy your Power Treads, and your Van Guard. If while your farming the opposing team members are harassing you, harass em' back, once you have your ability Poison Attack, its very easy to harass opponents due to the fact that it has good range, and it slows them down.
One you have your Power Treads, and your Van Guard, you are nearly invincible to all jungle creeps, so for mid mostly just jungle till you hit level 15, after that buy you Demon Edge and Crystalys, along with the recipe for Deadalus. Once you have the Deadalus, your are INVINCIBRU! Now start Pushing and getting your kills more frequently.
Once you have the items that i have previously mentioned, you will start to see the kills rolling in. Once you have enough money, buy Sanga and Yasha this will increase your attack speed and evasion. You are now BEYOND GODLIKE.
