I think u've got the items pretty much spot on, brood is like a sneaky prophet with your guide. The only issue I have is the skill build, 2 webs is sufficient enough to push a T1 tower but I would at least have two levels in webs at level 8 because of the improvement to the HP regen, movement speed and of course a larger area of the map to conceal yourself. Webs are more important than BM's slow because her strengths utilize the ability to pounce on enemies unexpectedly rather than appearing from plain sight.
But other than that I wouldn't change it :) so good job.
