This guide is a work in progress. I play broodmother exclusively and would like to share my strategy. Please comment and keep in mind that this is my first guide.
Broodmother is difficult to lane properly with. She really requires good positioning and the right enemies. Do not lane with allies, as the tend to steal kills and scare away yummy carries. If there is a strong AoE character Laning against you, ex. Timbersaw, switch lanes and run multiple nests. It's a pain but, it's worth it.
You only need to revael yourself once. When you use spawn spiderlings. Continue to use this until you have an army. Then you can tower dive with just your babies. If they are tough, don't do this. Wait until they enter your web and then pounce with your babies.
Make a tunnel. It's as simple as that. Have your webs reaching as far as possible into enemy territory and cover you entire lane with webs. Have at least one web that you can use to escape with, like one that covers trees or cliffs. A major mistake that people make is that they do not use the webs to escape over cliffs or trees.
