Wall of text is fine if you can read the font but i feel a foes/food section could be good.
Also that Octarine Core is absolutely core against a Meepo + other item to hero stuff - or maybe il write my own guide for that...

I tried your build and I have to say, those mangos really helped me in the early game. The Medallion of Courage is a really nice item to have, it almost completly avoid the need of use the Viscous Nasal Goo in the early game so it help with your mana issues. I didn't build the Hood of Defiance though. S&Y has become my favorite offensive item on Bristleback.

PS: Sorry I still don't know how to show the icons of the items and all that

Instead of S&Y try Heavens Halbred instead, you already have a slow and once your warpath is stacked well you have good attack speed and with Halbred you have evasion (which makes you more durable) and you can stop someone attacking for 4 seconds.

Oh and another thing, you don't have to worry about farm early and mid game, if your team is fighting a lot you should be in every fight, the only time you will farm creeps is when you pushing a lane hard, I try to spam q and w on creeps to stack my ult so i can push harder and whenever i get singled out I should be fine in a 1v2 scenario.

I been playing BB for a while now and haven't played him with a Octarine core but since i've started using it I think the item is made for him, the fact that you can spam your abilities faster and never have to worry about mana again and the lifesteal is so awesome, if played well you will get a rampage.
