i would like to remind you that this is a guide only for suprise killing and not standard bounty hunter gameplay.

what do boots of speed give you that a stout shield, tango AND salve, plus 3 branches doesnt one up? ms isnt all that useful for a bh and the start is only valid on a jug because he can abuse the ms.

You really want to start out with Boots of Speed and Healing Salve?

Why don't you start with some stats that can help your early game with last hits, maybe some kills?
