This hero is one of my best hero in dota2...i saw some players that dont know how to use him so today i will help those beginne.
With BS, u can go anywhere you want but for me, jnugling is the best way with BS because with his bloodrage, he can easly lifesteel every time you kill a creep! But be careful...at lvl.1 it will depend on the creep...if the creep is strong, you cant farm easly...so it will be easier for you to start jungling after lvl.2 or 4...but if you want to start jungling at lvl.1, it is possible but you should start to kill weak creep 1st!
After lvl.5, nornally you get some items so after your lvl.5 you can gank some others lane.You can also wait for your ulti if u want
