All you need to do is gank. you use your ult on enemies and then use q on yourself for more damage. If they run, they die, if they stay in place you kill them. You need to farm a lot so once you get that lifesteal, start jungling. you will make a bunch of money and have a lot of item. Then you start ganking at level 11. try to hide in bushes and take out the high damage and low health heroes. it will help your team out a lot. then you rush in and attack with your Q on and do as much damage as possible. If you do it correct you will kill at least half of the enemies.
