Azazel Guide To Lone Druid

Introduction

Lone druid can either be played as a split pushing monster (solo offlane generall) or an incredibly tanky teamfight hero (position 1). To be able to really dominate team fights lone druid has to be able to farm a quick enough radiance and midas(to get those 2 in 15minutes is ideal) he then destroys supports in teamfights because of how strong radiance burn is early. Lone druid is weaker in teamfights early generally if hes offlane. The timing of his radiance is about 25minutes otherwise you will opt to get a maelstrom. If you need to contribute earlier than that as an offlaner you probably want to pickup a maelstrom.

Late game lone druid punishes teams 5 manning to the point where in a base race he can solo push as fast as 2 cores of the enemy team provided they don't have any special tricks to boost their dmg to towers (eg Viper ,Tiny)

Lone druid is also one of the strongest 1v1 laners in the game where if played right he can kill almost anyone if he entangles them.

Pros / Cons

Pros:

    Tanky
Almost unkillable with his ulti up early game
    Scales into lategame well
    2 Heroes
    Strong Laning

Cons:
    Micro intensive
Not very good in the hands of poor farmers
Reliant on team to hold out until he gets his core up
