In anticipation for his arrival in Dota 2, I have been playing alot of Ember Spirit in Dota 1. Considering both games are basically the same, I decided to take what I have learned from this and apply it to a guide for Dota 2. Enjoy!
Xin is an odd beast. He can be best described as an Agility Carry Caster(If there is such a thing.). Xin has abysmal stat growth, with his primary attribute, Agility, having the 2nd lowest gain of all the Agility heroes. Xin makes up for this fact with very powerful evasion and damage abilities that essentially allow him to move across the map in record time, all while dealing high spell damage.
