There is a max number of skill points you can put into every skill, including the stats. For the stats you can only skill them 10 times. For the remaining 12 levels you have to skill your abilities, so your skill build is impossible in dota.
If you want to do a troll build, do it right! :D
And put a MoM somewhere please.
