Hello

This is my first guide ever. All feedback is welcome. If you see any formatting problems or have any good ideas, feel free to comment.

But Blood Seeker sucks!

Yes

I have heard it many times.

Blood Seeker should indeed suck.

If you play against anyone worth there salt they will no doubt carry town portal scrolls, an easy counter to Blood Seeker. This guide is designed to address this problem. Read on to gain a new appreciation of a supposedly horrible hero.

When to Play Blood Seeker

Play blood seeker when

    The enemy team is squishy

The enemy team has invisible heroes

The enemy team has spell spamming heroes

You are playing on English speaking servers

Don't play blood seeker when
The enemy team has lots of auto attackers

Your team has heroes that are better at going mid than you

How to play Blood Seeker

After buying spawn items, You should go Mid with Blood Seeker. If you are on the radiant, Tango should not be bought. If you are on the Dire and you are not extremely comfortable with your ability to last hit, consider Tango. After you get your Blood Rage at level two, keep it on cool down by constantly harassing your lane opponent with it. Continue your farming. When you have your Orb of venom you are ready to gank.

When you are low on health go kill the easy jungle camp to restore health.

If your opponent is Stupid

Don't be afraid to go for a kill. Tower diving is allowed because of your wonderful skill Thirst.

Ganking

Ganking with Blood Seeker is simple.

Run in
Cast Bloodrage on any Casting units.
Focus down any low health units.
Cast Rupture on any units trying to run away or that are under half health.
Chase.
Kill

Make sure your ult is always on cool down!

The theory behind the Build

The First build is designed for the purpose of quickly focusing down low health units and surviving team fights. Additionally the build is designed to counter town portal scrolls.
Power Treads

    - I leave this on strength for that extra bit of health Blood Seeker needs
    - Gives you important attack speed
Orb of Venom
    - Just a good all around chasing item
    - Nice synergy between OoV slow and Blood Seekers Thirst
Maelstrom
    - This is an important item
    - Important attack speed
    - Powerful UAM
    - for more info visit this
guide

Skull Basher
    - The stun allows you to stop TP scrolls
    - The item procs frequently with all of the attack speed you have
Vanguard
    - Lets you gank more confidently
    - Gives you all the health you need to survive team fights
    - Health regen is nice
Mjollnir
    - A no brainer upgrade
    - More attack speed

The many faces of Blood Seeker

Blood Seeker the Chaser

Blood Seeker the Ganker

Blood Seeker the Slayer of Noobs
- Blood Seeker is very good at killing bad players very quickly. For example, I recently played a game with this build against a razor. after killing half of the enemy team I was at low health and razor moved in for the kill. I ruptured razor and retreated. Razor followed me to his death. Not trying to be ethnocentric but inferior play is abound in English speaking servers. This is why English speaking servers are the perfect play ground for Blood Seeker.

I hope You enjoyed my first Guide. As all good things are it will always be a work in progress. As you may have noticed, many links are missing and the formatting has yet to be completed, this will all be fixed soon. I realize my spelling is atrocious comments about this are appreciated. I encourage you to test these builds and comment to help improve this guide. All comments are welcome. Thanks.
