Arcane Boots
Our boots of choice are naturally arcane boots. If you really want you can switch it out with tranquil boots but in general arcane is your number one pick.

Blink Dagger
Definitely your best option when it comes to mobility. You have zero mobility until you get blink so get it immediately after boots.

Eul's Scepter of Divinity
This will give you the mana regen you need and will help you get an additional disable.

Aghanim's Scepter
The 2 second cooldown and massive range on your ult will do wonders and the stat boost is pretty helpful. You can delay Agh's though and instead of immediately grabbing it after Eul's go ahead and grab a health item.

Aether Lens
The cast range is useful when stealing spells and the health regen will help a lot

Rod of Atos
Usually Aether Lens is better but alternatively if you got tranquil you have the option of getting a lot of int fast and having another disable.

For when Arcane Boots has become useless and you've disassembled it into Aether Lens

Guardian Greaves
An alternative to boots of travel for the support who still feels like supporting

Octarine Core
When you can't think of anything better to buy just get Octarine. A general rule when playing int heroes.
