This Build allows bloodseeker to have increased damage, high health regen. Also adding to it the weapons of choice allows bloodseeker to have .50 seconds or less on attack speed, so you will be able to kill your enemies quick and deal a ton of damage with the strength and power adding on to bloodrage.
