Okay. So I've had this question in my mind for a while, (check title) and just want to know what really is going on with Magic Resistance! (I know heroes come with build-in resistance but I'm still confused) I've already read Understanding Damage Types, but there are some issues about magic resistance that I can't grasp.

Does Magic Resistance..?
1. Reduce slows ( Frost Arrows, Venomous Gale, etc.
2. Get nullified (I know it reduces but does it reduce the bonus magic reduction (Hood, Pipe, Cloak, etc.) by something like a Veil of Discord or Skywrath's Ancient Seal? Does it leave your 25% base untouched?
3. Reduce percentage based skills? (Lifebreak, etc.)

Sorry if these questions are kinda noobish. :P

1.No,it only reduces damage.
2.Yes,it can get nullified,see Ice Vortex.
3.Yes,if the damage is magical(lifebreak is magical).
