So I was watching this video on Medusa and it's got some interesting stuff. Considering that Invoker and outworld devourer are, at present, our flavor of the month heroes and Nyx Assassin is a common(?) pub counterpick to such heroes, 'Dusa doesn't have much place in the current meta. But still, maybe this may make her feasible.

But this video got some stuff I'm still currently wrapping my head around. I figured I'd post it here so you guys could have a look at it give your two cents on Medusa and maybe what 6.87 might have in store for the lovely(?) snake lady of Dota. Oh, and I believe Hamster is a pretty big Medusa player so he should have a field day with this.

There is an item on Medusa that's great at countering both Invoker, outworld devourer and Nyx Assassin, and it's... Bloodstone? Keepo? Not the first answer I had in mind :)

EDJE made a pretty entertaining video, though I feel like he probably should've mentioned 2 of Medusa's harder counters, Lich, who's stacking slows and frost armor makes his whole team a lot less afraid of her attacks, and Broodmother, who can screw her laning so hard, and she recovers poorly if her lane is screwed from level 3 (balance reasons, because of her awesome laning against pretty much all other heroes). They at least deserve to be in the level 2 pyramid.

And Dusa needs no changes, only light nerfs to her meta hero counters. She is so niche that I think she'll always be balanced.
