At this game the offlaner is a rubick! He starts roaming and so back to lane. So why dont use Dazzle?
Dazzle has a heal , immortality and slow , a good range ...

Dazzle has much lower base HP than Rubick, and Shallow Grave is not even close to immortality.

On the Shallow Grave giving you immortality; it doesn't, as Wulfstan said. More so, you still can be stunned while active so basically you have to be careful to not get caught out. Even more so it has a cooldown of ~1 minute so if you get stunned again while it's on cooldown, you're screwed. Also what is the benefit of having Dazzle solo offlane? the point of having a solo offlane hero is that they have an escape method along with the bonus of being able to help the team with getting levels faster. Look at say Clockwerk, he can get farm, has a form of escaping and can really do damage if he hits level 6 early enabling him to gank mid if need be.
Your new diet for heroes; You will need 4 wards (cuz wards taste better), 1 set of tangoes, 1 mango, 1 cheese.
With this you can make a nice Tango Mango Cheese platter. You can wash this all down with a nice bottle of water, Can be flavoured with red, green, yellow, blue, purple AND GOLD!
Caution: Taking roshan 3 times is required.

Early game weave/medallion/healing wave with a level advantage can be devastating, just saying.
