I wonder if anyone else here faced the problem of failed purchase with no reason in Steam store. Recently I tried to buy One Way Heroics and CS:GO because they are on sale, but Steam just doesn't want to take my money.

Actions I have taken:
  • Double, triple, over 9000 times checked my information (billing address, VISA card number, etc)
  • Submitted support ticket, yet to be answered.
  • Looked for solutions through various of websites, apparently many people had the same problem and such problem has been existed for many years.

I wonder if you guys have any solution to solve my problem. o_o
Any suggestion will be appreciated. :D
