They buff heroes that don't need buffing this is like a patch back through time to the unbalanced OP dota era.

Medusa buff yessssssssssssss! but i think many heros are gonna be kinda op now like bloodseeker kinda since the agi gain is second highest(right?) is the game if this patch is real

That does seem awfuly fake. Some of those are kind of beleivable, whereas the others are frankly insane(like + 10 agility on Razor, Enchant totem [Free nuke + stun anyone?] or the bonkers mana regen aura on CM. Seriously, if you had CM on your team, it would eliminate the need for ANY MP regen). The point that grabbed my attention was the line on mortred :"D2:
Blur visual effect should be more like in WC3 Dota" That doesn't seem very "official updatey" if you ask me.
