*Update to the reddit post - We have been playing the core roles together very successfully (75%+ winrate) and are looking for the support duo to round out the team

We are a dedicated team looking to improve, enter tournaments, and see how far we can ride this. I cannot emphasize dedicated enough. This isn't a 5 stack looking to just Q when we feel like it, and this isn't a "I can play 3 nights a week" team. We are very consistent and on every night. If you can commit to the team, we want to talk to you.
Here's what we are looking for:
1)Dedication: Along with what's already been said, we play starting at 11 PM USE and will be playing 2 games and watching a replay every night, on top of any tournament games we might have.
2) Communication: We use TeamSpeak as our primary means of communication, so you must speak English, you must have a mic, and you must use said mic in game.
3) Knowledge/willing to learn: MMR is not a deciding factor. Our team ranges from 2k to 3.2k so you must be able to Q with the team, but other than that, knowledge of the game, skills, items, builds, etc and applying that knowledge in game is more valuable. You must be willing to learn from your mistakes and learn new heroes should the need arise.
4) Attitude: This goes hand in hand with point 3. Everyone loves playing together when you win all the time, but let's face it. We are going to lose and right away we are probably going to lose a lot. We want people who won't crumble under the constant losses and can maintain composure when we are behind. This is just a brief overview of what we are generally looking for. We currently have 3 members of the team that are set, and one plays the 1 and the other 2 can play 2-4. So I'm leaving the positions vague right now. This can be discussed at a later date.
We will try you out for an extended period of time. Many teams will have you play 1 game or 1 day worth of games and make a decision. We are going to play a weeks worth of games or more before deciding.
