[UK/EU] LOOKING FOR PLAYERS TO MAKE A TEAM, MAINLY UK, or EU [LF] ALL POS 2,3,4 and 5 hoping to compete in tournaments! 4K MMR+

Hello, as the title says i am looking for players to make a team, i would like it to be mainly a UK team as im from the UK myself and it could be easier as the English will be good (Hopefully) and we can maybe meet up if we go far. Besides that if it is a problem i dont mind Setting up a UK/EU team where people with good English can join and obviously good at the game...
What i need from you:
A working mic. TS3 for communication. Able to play at the hours we want to play at. Also able to COMMIT to the team and have nothing more important than this team. Being able to play MID, OFFLANE and SUPPORT. And also being 4k+ MMR.

Hi, playing any role, almost all heroes. Do not consider my mmr as my skill (solo - 3600+, party - 3400+). Played solo about 15 games, mostly playing in pt with my friends.
Planning to spend almost all my time on Dota and play on all kind of tournaments.
