I'm going to ask that this doesn't get out of hand. State the facts to resolve the argument if need be, but don't let this escalate.

Not really. I didn't post the entire chatlog because it's long and drawn out with lots of irrelevant text in it. But I thought that I would highlight the sections that you chose to omit:

You asked if any other teams were here who aren't join the ts chat so we could go over things. I indicated that I wasn't installing teamspeak. You said that it was going to be best of one for all rounds. When we beat you, you say best of three.

Maybe if you jumped on Team Speak (which would of took 3 minutes to download) to hear the finalized rules which everyone agreed with, you would in fact know that new rules were put in place. I guess your laziness caught up to you. Next time I advise to stop being so argent, put your ego aside and take the time to RESPECT and KNOW the RULES.

Show it, otherwise you again have no proof and are throwing out slander.

I said i knew the Infused cup was today as your image shows, does it say you were in it? no. Does it say that you joined it and were playing it today? no. I also stated underneath that, I believe, that we're in it next week. In a game right now, but i'll check and get back to this.

First of all, defamation in the form of written word and pictures are libel. Secondly, it's not libel if it's truth. Thirdly, I posted my proof in the form of 'a background that shows 0 damage from an editing program'.

Just some handy information about determining whether something is libel or not:

• the person first must prove that the statement was false
• that person must prove that the statement caused harm
• they must prove that the statement was made without adequate research into the truthfulness of the statement

Based on my first picture, you could probably prove that the 2nd was true.

Not only is it exceptionally simple to edit a binary beast bracket to say bo1, bo7, (or whatever you want it to say), it was also made clear to us in the chat that all rounds were to be a best of one.

And given that even now, a solid 5 hours since you blocked communication, the brackets are still not updated to show anything, how is anyone supposed to know what's going on.

Fair enough. If you wanted to defend yourself (against what I don't know), perhaps you should've just said, 'I'm an admin, you're DQ'd, now shut the **** up'. However, by posting screenshots and engaging in this conversation, you're showing others the legitimacy of my claims.

Was this a poorly run tournament? - For the most part no.
Were the rules made clear to each team? - Obviously not.

What I'm trying to say is that although your tournament was fine, and everything went relatively smoothly, your tournament rules were unclear, ambiguous, open to interpretation, and flexible.

For the last time dude, THE RULES WERE MADE CLEAR FOR THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK THE TIME TO GET ON TEAMSPEAK AND LISTEN TO THEM. BECAUSE YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY TOO SPECIAL TO BE BOTHERED WITH DOWNLOADING SOMETHING THAT WOULD TAKE 3 MINUTES. YET YOU CARE ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT SO MUCH THAT YOU WOULD GO TO THESE LENGTHS TO PROVE YOUR POINT.

Can you read? I was never told I had to get teamspeak. Booyah asked in the channel if there were any teams who weren't joining the teamspeak so that he could go over things. I said that I couldn't be bothered with teamspeak, and so Booyah posted the rules in the chat. I also clarified some of the rules through steam messaging, such as latest/tourney version and team matchups.
