phrouser the great dark comsic knight

hey guys, this is my first hero idea so please help me out by giving out constructive critism and have an open mind. I'd love to do this as my hobby and i look forward to sharing my ideas with you. This first hero is going to be a standard(generic) one since its my first hero idea, meaning it has not much of an interesting concept and requires less skill to play, but i can say it has an original twist to it... Enjoy!

phrouser is a carry/tank that can really pack a punch(slash in this case) as well as party crash. if played well, he should be able to propel the team ahead and lead to an easy win. With devastating attacks he is one the enemy would run away from in a teamfight.

Lore
phrouser was once a disciple of the great martial arts master, Glyris. He was thought in the ways of the Pantheon Of Nil-Fate, a warrior martial art that focuses on speed and power while delivering fatal blows with blades that are materialised by the soul's essence. Being such a dangerous martial art, only ten people can practise the deadly art simutaneously. However, filled with desire for glory and hate for his fellow practitioners, Phrouser killed all the users of the Pantheon of Nil-Fate art and established himself as the ultimate succesor of the deadly art in its ten-thousand year history. after this he learned dark cosmic energy to bloster his powers. He was not a master of the magic, but he was no novice. With the war ever so close, he comes to kill all that go against him all for the sake of his title as 'the strongest'.

appearance
phrouser is slightly taller than Lebron James(who is very tall for human standards), he has a slightly more musclular build however with bigger arms, a larger v shaped-body and larger chest size(not the same as dragon ball Z's). His arms are black starting from his hands, and it progressively gets to purple when it reaches his chest. his arms, from the forearm to his biceps are covered with arcane markings. At the centre of his chest, is a fire coloured gem with black, stone sides(detailed elaboration is really up to your imagination). he is half-naked, incase you havent realised, and he has a giant stone wheel that has chinese markings on it attached to his back. he wears gold coloured leggings that coat his legs(he is bare footed). he wears no helmet and his face has serious eyes, he is dark haired and has short spiky hair( NOT YOUR SHOUNEN ANIME MAIN PROTAGONIST HAIR, it's... different). his face is that of a normal human's really, just with distinct traits and a really slight tint of black that comes from his body.

the skill set to this hero is really straight foward, before he gets his ulti, he can slash, cast a stun and counter attack. his ulti, is one big party crash.

Q: nil-fate slash
Phrouser unleashes his spirit knives, sending three waves of slashes that deal damage in a large area. Each wave has an effect radius of 100 aoe and travels a distance of 750

note: this is going to encourage players to get phrouser speed items. It also goes along well with the theme I gave him, which is speed, power, and martial arts.

W: arcane press
Phrouser sends a concentrated gravity press that stuns the enemy and makes the enemy's movements easier to read for five seconds after the stun duration is over

E: cosmic telepathy(passive)
Phrouser's ability to read minds is a subconscious part of him, even in battle. Phrouser has a chance of casting a weaker version of nil-fate slash whenever he is attacked while evading the attack. Does not work against spells. Nil-fate slash does two-thirds the damage it originally does unless phrouser's auto attack does more damage than the weakened nil-fate slash.

R: cosmic teleport
Phrouser engulfs himself inside a warp portal before teleporting himself to his destination, combining his martial arts powers, he distorts the warp portal from the inside out, causing a massive cosmic explosion when he teleports to the location. Has a 1.5 channeling time before spell is casted

you may complain that he is overpowered, but his stats boost is average, and his health/mana pool growth is low and has very little growth

Not really that overpowered, fairly balanced. Pretty cool skill set you have there.

He can be an annoying tank. Global Teleport combined with damage dealing is pretty awesome. He can be a great initiator too with that ulti, especially if he gets a lot of activations on Cosmic Telepathy.
