Pelawak, the Joker was born in the same place and time as Rubick, the son of Aghanim.
He can be called a Magus but he's not, it didn't liked that name, so he goes away from Rubick. We don't know too much about Pelawak's life and past, the only thing that we know is that he joins the Dire to kill Rubick.
Movement speed : 295
Day/Night vision : 1800/800
BAT : 1.7
Base damage : 25 + 35 (52-62)
Attack range : 300 (Ranged)
ABILITIES :
[MAGICAL DAMAGE] (Target Unit)
Psycho Power :
Pelawak channels his great psychic power to push his enemies into his own team (Enemy's team or Pelawak's team, depends on where Pelawak is looking), dealing damage, pushing and slowing every enemies units behind the main target.
While channeling, the main target is slowed by 50%, and if he goes 600 h/u away from Pelawak in 1 second, the channeling is interrupted.
Cast range : 200/250/300/350
Cast time : 0.3
Channeling time : 2.0/3.0/4.0/5.0
Push length based on time channeled : 30
Damages based on time channeled : 16
Movement speed slow : 15%.
Max push length : 600
Max damages : 320
Cooldown : 25/20/15/10 Mana Cost : 120/130/140/150
Pelawak always like to push people into the Void.
Notes:
- The radius to push the target's allies is 100, slow is 200 and damages are 150.
- You can stop the channeling at any time.
- If the channeling is interrupted by a stun/disable/"Force staff like", Pelawak won't push the target.
- If the target goes behind Pelawak, the target and Pelawak will be pushed for 50% of the actual push length.
- Push length grows by 30 every 0.25 seconds : 30 push length for 0.25 second channeling.
60 push length for 0.50 second channeling.
90 push length for 0.75 second channeling.
120 push length for 1 second channeling.
240 push length for 2 seconds channeling.
360 push length for 3 seconds channeling.
480 push length for 4 seconds channeling.
600 push length for 5 seconds channeling.
- Damage grows by 16 every 0.25 seconds : 16 damages for 0.25 second channeling. (12)
32 damages for 0.50 second channeling. (24)
48 damages for 0.75 second channeling. (36)
64 damages for 1 second channeling. (48)
128 damages for 2 seconds channeling. (96)
192 damages for 3 seconds channeling. (144)
256 damages for 4 seconds channeling. (192)
320 damages for 5 seconds channeling. (240)

Divine Authority :
Pelawak has a divine authority, making him hard to hit and kill.
Evasion : 10%
Armor bonus : 1/3/5/7
Pelawak is one of the greatest Joker.
Notes:
- Divine Authority's evasion doesn't stack with Butterfly/ Heaven's Halberd/ Talisman of Evasion's Evasion.
- The evasion chance is really LOW, because it gives him an evasion for EVERYTHINGS :
Everythings means : Stun/Damage/Buff/Debuff/Disable/Slow/Hp Removal/Pure/Outworld Devourer's Astral Imprisonment/etc...
- It's like a pocket Linken's Sphere, but it blocks EVERYTHING.
- If he get Hexed, Silenced, Moved out to the world (think about Outworld Devourer and Shadow Demon) Divine Authority will be disabled.
- Doom Bringer's Doom, Legion Commander's Duel and Disruptor's Upgraded Static Storm will go through Divine Authority and disables it.
- If he hasn't enough mana, Divine Authority won't procs.
[MAGICAL DAMAGE] (Point target) (AoE)
Immolation :
Pelawak uses his psychic power to create a circle on the ground to immolate peoples in a moderate AoE.
Cooldown : 24/20/16/12 - Mana Cost : 100/105/110/115
Pelawak burns every life being in his path.
Notes:
- Max damages are : 100/175/250/325 (75/131/187/243)
- Purgable.
- Initial damages only procs when the spell starts.
- Invisible enemies won't be burned but will take initial damages.
- If an enemy goes in the circle he will be burned.
- If an enemy already burned goes or stay in the circle the burn duration will restart every 1 second.
HP to fake death : 1
Invisibility duration : 5.0/6.0/7.0 (5.0/7.5/10.0*)
Invincibility duration : 2.5/3.0/3.5
Mute duration : 2.5/3.0/3.5
Disarm duration : 2.5/3.0/3.5
Cooldown : 180/120/60 (150/100/50*) - Mana Cost : 4/8/12% (3/6/9%*) of Pelawak's max mana.

Notes:
- Assassinate abilities ( Axe's Culling Blade, Ancient Apparition's Ice Blast, Doom Bringer's Doom) will override the fake death and kill Pelawak.
- Pelawak won't dies, even if he takes massive damages, like : Critical hits, Mystic Flare or even Ghost Ship, etc...
- Pelawak wills be invisible for 5.0/6.0/7.0 (5.0/7.5/10.0*) seconds, invunerable to everything, muted and disarmed for 2.5/3.0/3.5 seconds.
- Mute disables Joker, but Silence doesn't.
- If he hasn't enough mana, Joker won't procs.

Pelawak is an Indonesian word, it means Joker. (No I'm not Indonesian, I just googled it.)
He might be OP, or not, I don't know, tell me what's wrong with him. :D (I know there's something, but I don't know what.)

The passive (should be a toggle) is (and I'm sorry for saying this) freaking pointless! The armour bonus is MINISCULE, and the evasion is the same. All of this for quite a hefty mana cost if you keep it on. Sorry, but no.
I'm not quite sure why the "W" slot passive has a mana cost. Please explain.
Well, I made the passive to have a manacost because I want it to counter everything, (except Doom, Culling Blade and Ice Blast), but then, it was 3 AM (in my country), so yeah, I should remove this... :D

As I said to Kkoopman3, it was 3 AM when I made this ability, so I will remove the mana cost / buff the armor bonus.
