This hero resolves around the concept of "dreamwalker", and translated into in-game language, the capability to play around Sleep debuff. He's meant to be a really strong lane support, capable of healing and disabling for a long duration with his [Q], while giving his ally and himself higher lane-sustain and last hitting potential with [W]. He can also be run as a semi-carry because his [E] allows him to hit really hard. All of these, combined with his game-breaking ultimate, cause him to be a really strong mid-game peaking hero, but doesn't fall as hard in late game due to all his skills being scaling skills.
Lore
After Nyctasha’s terror manifested she started to scream in her sleep and cry in her wakes, for she fears her eternal torture of immortal terror. The fear grew so, that Nyctasha in her desperation casted a spell so strong to materialize her little remaining joy. Thus, Morpheus came into this world, a being supposedly existing only in Nyctasha’s dreams. Morpheus did what he was expected to; he put Nyctasha into a peaceful sleep. However, with the last of her strength poured to materialize Morpheus, Nyctasha’s peaceful sleep is eternal.
It was said that thereafter, Morpheus blamed himself for her wakeless sleep, and he would wander the mortal world aimlessly, endlessly. Not a soul know where he is or where he was, but all those lucky –or unlucky– enough to have crossed path with the muse said in their insensible words that they have met a Muse with the most beautiful voice.

Skills
[Q] Slumber: Morpheus plays an enchanting tune, putting all units around him and himself into deep sleep. Will affect units that are spell immune for half duration. When asleep, all allied units will receive additional health regeneration per quarter second, and all units cannot be attacked (can still be damaged by spell, but is woken up right away).
Mana Cost: 100/120/140/160
Cooldown: 25 seconds
Bonus Regeneration: 1% max HP/tick
Total Heal: 8/10/12/14% max HP
The voice of Morpheus is unnaturally beautiful that everyone who hears him fall to deep sleep.
[W] Muse Mark: The Muse marks those he considers as allies, allowing them to move and attack while asleep. Units with this mark can also attack sleeping enemies without waking them up. In addition, they will receive additional HP and MP regeneration (including all bonuses), as well as bonus damage. Morpheus will always have this buff like a passive skill.
Everyone who has experienced the muse hopes to receive the mark, or everything they hold dear might just be a dream.
[] Dreamwalker: Morpheus is originally a resident of the dream plane, and he is capable to freely move over to that plane again to harm sleeping victims greatly. This skill grants Morpheus extra damage when attacking a sleeping target, and a part of his damage is dealt to their MP. Additionally, if Morpheus is asleep, his attacks will splash to enemy units within radius from the target.
Morpheus can invade one’s dream and change it into the worst nightmare.
[R] Fatal Reality: The Muse puts all enemies to sleep, creating a dream exactly like the real world and causing them to dream without realizing they’re dreaming, causing a grave occurrence when they return to reality. This skill buffs all allied heroes with current level of Muse Mark and changes all enemy heroes’ states to sleeping, but still allow them to move and act. After this skill ends, all allied heroes’ HP is reverted back to when this skill started. While the skill is in motion, allied heroes’ HP can be reduced, but they are unable to die. Morpheus can still move and act while channeling this skill, but the skill will end prematurely if Morpheus is disabled.

Reality shatters in the presence of the muse, causing all his enemies to be oblivious of dream and reality.
Actually OP. This hero seems a bit like buffed up Song of the Siren + Echo Stomp. Also just one more thaing thats not really important but was bugging me is that Morpheus was the son of Hypno, and Orpheus (w/o an M) was the son of a muse (not even a muse himself).
Thanks for replying guys, and yeah, I agree. This hero is OP lol
I just want to put out an idea based on sleep mechanic, and this hero comes out.
But for the hero's defense, consider:
- Without Muse Mark, Slumber also disables allied heroes.
- Dreamwalker becomes a useless passive when there is no sleep-inducing spell online
- Slumber only has 450 radius and 3.5 seconds duration, with 25 seconds cooldown. This makes the hero crippled for a long downtime, especially since his ultimate also has 150 seconds cooldown
- Song of the Siren makes those afflicted invulnerable, thus unable to be attacked even with Muse Mark
- Fatal Reality can be disrupted with a disable, and has an absurdly long cooldown.
- His stats and base damage is terrible
P.S:
- I was thinking that his ultimate is sort of like Song of the Siren, but is disabled when he is disabled (not precisely channeling per se, but has that kind of characteristic).
- Yeah, I did not think about giving him the name of Muse, since I originally takes the name from "the source of inspiration" thingy. Sorry.
- The next hero will be the most interesting hero in the spawnfest I've posted until now, look forward to it! Probably he will be OP though, so....
