Well, I love characters that screw up enemies, but I have to agree: Possession is a bit much, unless the enemy cannot use their ultimate and items or still considers its originally allies as, well, allies. The second ultimate confuses me. So, what, three little targetable units surround the unit, and you can kill them to deal more damage when the duration ends?
Also, I know you where deciding between one or the other, but you could actually have both: As in, when you reach level six, you can level one or the other, and that is your ultimate! I think that would add a lot of versatility to a already strong character.
So, when you say drain... The Hp and mana they lose (over time or as base?) goes to you in full?
Also, does the passive effect base hp or total?
I think the mana cost of his Q should be upped.
Other than that, it looks very balanced. Love it!

Basically mind split splits a hero into multiple fragments of itself, like illusions, the hero that is affected by mind split cannot act during the duration and after the duration is up, the fragments will reconnect into the hero again, the amount of fragments destroyed = the amount of damage the hero will take after the duration is over. Yes drain means they lose the set amount of hp and mp per second (for 3 seconds) and it restores your own hp amd mp pool. The passive basically removes the set percentage of intelligence for nearby enemy heroes, so say there is a windranger nearby with 100 int, it will remove 10% of that (90 int) while she is within 1200 range of you
