All the time, day and night Leay loved to sing. She'd sing songs of love, songs of hope, but most of all, songs of the war. She sings down on the battlefield boosting the morale of all of the soldiers. Days went on like this, until one night. She was joined in her house by two ambassadors. One from Radiant and one from Dire. She had to make a choice. Having no option to be neutral, she chose Radiant. Using her songs to help her team and to slow the other, she may play a strong role in this battle.

Very interesting! I love of it's all music (I love music). Ulti is very unique, but I think passive needs a small nerf, as a 7% heal every 4 seconds is a bit too strong. Imagine trading hits with her...
Interesting... Another strong intelligence support/nuker, I see. Very nice. Although, I have a few questions:
1: The cool-downs on her skills are incredibly low. A lot of buff-applying skills have a longer cool down; that or simply don't last to long. So, how long do these last? Can they be placed on magic immune units? Although, I love the Q.
Valve, give hero please!

Thanks again, yeah no details again this time, will edit them in at some point. Check back soon and the details will be there.
