I designed a new hero, I wanted someone mobile with a special way to use abilities. I based this off a raid boss I design in my Warcraft III days, with lots of fire and simply overpowering opponents with lots of ability usage that excels early. Thus, here is Galamathet.
Galamathet the Demonic Behemoth
Dota 2 Model: Just like the Warcraft placeholder one, it's freaking awesome.

Base Health Regen: 0.25
BAT: 1.7
Range: 128 (melee)
Movespeed: 300

Voice Actor: Steve Blum
Lore:
Within the world of demons, there is the wild card, the most unpredictable force in all of the Hells, Galamathet. A creature of pure destruction, Galamathet is a dangerous creature that will destroy all in its path, and has been nigh impossible to stop. It took Doom itself to subdue him. This did not last forever however, as his very presence brings only fear, as his utter savagery, even among demons is legendary. As he charges from the hells to capture whatever he is directed to, all life he comes across is at risk.
Abilities:
Terrorize
Galamathet roars, sending opponents into a state of fear, lowering their attack damage for 3.5 seconds. Additionally, targets with terrorize that are within 300 units of the Behemoth have their attack slowed.
Level 1 - 500 Radius. Lowers damage by 35. Slows attack by 35.
Level 2 - 600 Radius. Lowers damage by 50. Slows attack by 40.
Level 3 - 700 Radius. Lowers damage by 65. Slows attack by 45.
Level 4 - 800 Radius. Lowers damage by 80. Slows attack by 50.
Mana Cost: 90/110/130/150
CD: 25/24/23/22
Flavor Text: A scream from the Behemoth destroys the courage of all foes. Without courage, there is no way for the opponents to fight.
Rend
Galamathet cripples an enemy hero. This increases the damage they take from all sources, while preventing them from moving. 300 cast range.
Level 1 - Lasts 2 seconds. Amplifies damage by 10%.
Level 2 - Lasts 2.5 seconds. Amplifies damage by 15%.
Level 3 - Lasts 3 seconds. Amplifies damage by 20%.
Level 4 - Lasts 3.5 seconds. Amplifies damage by 25%.
Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90
CD: 20/18/16/14
Flavor Text: The Behemoth can be quite agile as it rips into a weak point in a body, exposing its vulnerabilities.

Can charge for up to 4 seconds. Base stun time of 1 second. Has a radius of 300. Base distance of 500 with 150 per second of charging. Base speed of 600 plus 100 per second of charging. Galamathet is an initiator who is all about dominance in the early and mid-game. Overall, he functions well as a tank and anti-carry, able to shut down and hunt late game heroes before they get dominant, or easily deathball with his very strong skills that keep up pushes with ease, as Blood Heart can be an easy auto-win if Galamathet can land his other spells without burning through the duration of his ultimate.
Story Stuff:
Personality:
Spoiler: Click to view
Galamathet's behavior resembles the other demons of the story, especially the eviller more chaotic ones. His personality is brutal and sadistic, taking intense pleasure in suffering of others and the destruction caused by destroying buildings, and killing creeps is also fun for him, suggesting his behavior is very much that of a bully. He is also very egocentric and a social darwinist, prone to calling things weak and saying that only the strong deserve joy and the weak deserve subjugation.
Interaction with Other Heroes:
Spoiler: Click to view
Galamathet is hated by all the demons, and he hates them too, especially Shadow Fiend, Shadow Demon, and Doom. They fear him to an extent, except Doom, who put him down a long time ago and would rub it in his face. Terrorblade and Lion, being badasses, are not even remotely afraid of him and consider him an annoying pest. Galamathet respects large characters like Magnus, Undying, and Tidehunter for their massive size and offers to join them in some destruction. Galamathet finds the other social darwinist, Troll Warlord, unbearable. He and Chaos Knight have mutual respect for each other's power.

The last of my heroes to receive my update, the only nerf he gets is a massive one to the speed of inferno dash, which was like way too fast, it was like double the speed it is now.
Also added was supplementary materials, a definition of his role as an early domination hero, his personality, which is very brutal and egocentrical, his long list of interactions with other heroes, most of them negative, since he's not a nice guy, and a sample of his voice, based on Killer Croc from Arkham Asylum.
U weakened blood heat but it's still OP when he got agh
meh, same goes to lina and lion's ult and there scepter upgrades but no one gives a **** :(

Lion still got countered by BKB and Lina ..... **** Lina and her nerf ult range
yeah sure lion can be counterd with BKB but the fact that it affects an area and has insanely low cooldown is OP while Lina's BKB piercing laguna blade is press to win kappa.

Think of Aghs as a way for him to scale better into late game, he actually has quite a bit of similarity to Undying, as his damage (in this case, damage reduction) falls off.
