(Single Target, Affects Enemy Units)
The Allip sends a haunting image of itself charging and screaming at an opponent, dealing pure damage on impact. The image will disperse if it does not reach its target in a certain amount of time. If the image hits its target, it creates a field of energy the Allip may instantly teleport to.
Damage:50/100/150/200 Image Duration:4 seconds Teleport Field Duration:1.5 seconds
Cooldown:12/10/8/6 seconds Mana Cost:100/130/160/190
Notes:
- The image runs at 650 move speed, and can not be disjointed by blinking.
- Going invisible will disjoint the image

(Passive/No Target)
Images of the Allip manifest overtime, always staying at an extremely close 75 radius away. These images can not be controlled and follow the Allip, mimicking its every movement. The Allip may activate this skill to shatter an image, dealing pure damage.

- The images arrange themselves in a very close, clumped together arc.

(Passive, Affects Enemy Heroes)
The Allip constantly wails and mutters to itself, disorienting those unfortunate enough to hear it, causing them to miss attacks even with true strike.
Enemy Miss Chance:10/15/20/25% True Strike Miss Chance:4%/7%/10%/13%
Notes:
- Pierces spell immunity

R: Flail -
(No Target/Single Target, Affects Enemy Heroes)
The Allip erupts into a cacophony of tortured souls, phasing from existence and dealing pure damage per second in an AOE centered around its current position. If cast directly on an enemy hero, the AOE will stay centered on that hero throughout the duration, and the Allip will reappear at a random location directly beside that hero when the spell is complete.
