I'll admit here with shame that I have forgotten about the finals multiple times (or about this site in general. Yes, I haven't been checking this place a lot lately). I just found out when I remembered in Saturday that the deadline is postponed to Monday. After that, I forgot about it again and rush this idea at night. Feels a lil' like **** that I have to submit this rushed idea when the others put a lot of work into theirs. And thank you to smuggs for postponing the deadline.
The item is a consumable that, unlike the rest in the game, debuffs an enemy. This item is designed to be carried by supports for use of ganking and escaping. Can also be bought by a carry or someone to manfight. In big fights this item can disturb the enemy with the miss chance and vision reduction.
Rushed and uninspired? Probably. But I hope you enjoyed.
It's actually very interesting and I feel it would fit into the game pretty well honestly. It's nice for supports or utility heroes in general because it gives more options for the early game and can help to lessen the damage taken by right clickers with good mobility, so it's basically vital for supports if they want to not die early from heroes like Slark or Spirit Breaker or something along those lines. Also if somehow a support can use it from a position where they cannot be seen then it has some gank setup potential since the hero can't see heroes closing in on their position. It doesn't provide any passive benefits just for holding the item like Faerie Fire or infused raindrop which is a small downside, but overall would be very useful in probably every game, even lategame if slots are available.
