Lore:
In the Stormy Regions of the Wailing Mountains, a primitive tribe learned to live with the strongest storms often called by the elders as "Blitzwex", it is said that this storms is the breath of a dying ancient deity.
A child was born in the midst of this powerful storms, for the superstitious inhabitants of this unforgiving place, it is a omen for great power and strength.
The child learned to hunt by using axes imbued with the strength of the powerful storms that welcomed him in his birth, he grew up and became the headhunter of his tribe, often leaving his small village to hunt powerful creatures to be used as sacrifice to the dying deity of storms.
Until he went away to hunt in the dying Fields of Endless Carnage only to return driven with madness, killing most of the tribesman.
No one knows what evil Daemon has seen on his journey, but only one thing is for sure: he has become one of them.

-Daemon throws his axe in a arc, dealing damage burning mana and putting 2 stacks shock to the enemy, if he catches his axe on its way back,it removes the cooldown and reduces the mana cost by 50%, enemies with shock will take more damage and burn more mana-

Enemies with shock will be dealt with more damage per second-

-Releases a slow moving ball of lightning at the area, enemy units the goes near the ball will be slowed and dealt damage per second, if it directly hits a enemy unit, it will explode dealing damage and stunning them, enemies with shock will take more damage from the damage per second and explosion, will be mini-stunned for every 2 seconds, and the shock stack will always refresh-

Q:Most OP skill ever, just take it at level 1 and go rekt. Hit those mana-starving hero like Sven, Juggernaut, Tiny, etc etc, and they will become a creep until they leave the lane. The damage need some nerf and mana burn is just too much. Maybe... 50 base damage and 30 base mana burn, and the extra damage and mana burn based on number of shock: 10/15/15/20, with 120/130/140/150 mana cost. Cooldown also need some adjustment, like 26/19/12/5 so it's not too spammable early game.
W:I like the idea but BKB-piercing disarm and silence is just too OP for a non-ultimate. The cooldown and mana cost need some nerf. Maybe cooldown : 45/40/35/30 and mana cost : 150
E:60% bonus movement speed and 24 mana per second? I hope it's typo.
R:Ok, here I show your how OP will this skill be:
Let's say you only used Q and W for once, which will leave 5 shocks on all enemy units, thus the R will deal 325 damage per second, 450 explosive damage, 35% attack and move speed slow for 4 seconds, with a mere 75 seconds cooldown.
In maximum performance, which is not very hard to be achieved, you just need to use Q twice, which has no cooldown basically, W for once, then auto attack for once. The R will deal total damage of 1000 damage, assuming it exploded upon cast, then 50% attack and move slow for 5 seconds, with only 25 seconds cooldown. Most OP part of it : Pierces spell immunity.
Shock:40% slow and 40% magical damage amplification for 10 seconds. A big no, this debuff is totally unnecessary.
TLDR:This hero needs a heavy nerf, also, increase his base INT and reduce his base AGI/AGI growth. It makes no sense if you give him powerful spammable spell in laning stage but little mana to spam it. The armor value are missing.
