Lore
Deep in the bustling city centre of Malkith, a lone Thief moves among the commoners, silently picking the gold out of unwary pockets. Only enough to get by on. The raven-haired Thief silently wishes for something grander, somewhere he may test his skills out for real, and not just stupid rich folk in a city.
His opportunity came one day when a shuriken came flying out of nowhere straight at his head. Luckily for the Thief, he had the fastest reflexes for miles around, and was able to duck underneath the shuriken and pull a dagger to face the direction from which the shuriken was thrown.
"None of my targets have ever avoided that before... Maybe you could be useful to me."
Several years later, the young Thief prepares to battle to defend the radiant ancient. He has vowed to never fail, lest his master finally collect the bounty placed on his head over ten years ago.
Skills
Q: Bottle toss (Click ground, AoE)
Anonymous throws a bottle filled with paralysing venom,
stunning and dealing damage over time for a duration.
Stun: 1/1.5/2/2.5 Damage over time: 10/20/30/40 Damage over time duration: 5 AoE: 250/250/250/250 Cooldown: 19/18/17/16 Mana cost: 90/100/110/120 "Shame I can't pick up runes with this."
W: Makeshift poison (passive)
One of the worst things about the reign
of the Thief was that he used to poison his
knives, dealing damage and slowing the opponent
over time.
Damage per second: 10/15/20/25 Attack slow: 5/10/15/20 Movement slow: 10%/20%/30%/40% Duration: 2/3/4/5 "I'm real proud of this one. Family secret recipe."
E: Paralysing dagger (click ground)
The Thief throws a dagger that stuns and damages a single
enemy that it hits. The higher the opponent's level,the greater
the damage.
Base damage: 50/100/150/200 Stun duration: 1/1.5/2/2.5 Extra damage per level: 3/6/9/12 Cooldown: 20/19/18/17 Mana cost: 150/140/130/120 "Now this mix is odd. It can paralyse or kill instantly. Only kills humans though."
R: Deadly greed (active)
The Thief channels a mystical power into his weapon
for a duration. Whilst under this effect, every hit made
by Anonymous that hits a hero deals extra damage, and ministuns.
If Anonymous kills a hero whilst under this effect, he gets bonus
gold.
Bonus gold on kill: 50/100/150 Extra damage: 40/60/80 Ministun: 0.2/0.4/0.6 Duration: 3/4/5 Cooldown: 90/80/70 Mana cost: 300/250/200 "Maybe I can pay off my bounty with this."

Changelog
Change 1: Nerfed the AoE of Pickpocket
Change 2 (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT TO READ): Nerfed pickpocket again. I have a question for you. Should I completely change the ability, or nerf the current one?
Change 3: COMPLETELY CHANGED Q ABILITY
Change 4: Basically removed the gold stealing aspect entirely, and tweaked the ulti to fix this.
Good God man, as if farming wasnt hard enough with the pubber supports round stealing your gold. The aura is way too good for 1 skill point all i can think of is mid game, get a treant to level up natures guise 2nd and for a whopping 1 min if the enemy doest look at his gold bar, damn he just lost 660 gold , thats already a winning gpm for a carry.
Even more so imbalanced against newer players who dont bother to research, just walk and sit right there stealing, the enemy rage quits out of shear anger, also it will be a pain in the *** for laning in the start, buy boots and run at the melee enemy.
Also that ulti, build a MoM + BKB, run upto the enemy clearing up a 5 stack ancient and voila you just made over 1000 gold in under 4 seconds.

Ok so about pickpocket. Should I nerf it or completely redo it?
Well, this hero has a 5 second stun when both Q and E are maxed, so it's quite strong, but not that OP. Not a fan of gold-stealing heroes though, so I won't comment further because my feedback will be biased. :P
Oh, and the 40% slow from the W is really good too, but far from OP since he is a Melee hero, and his strength gain is a little to high for a hero with 2 stuns, perhaps make it 2? It's a decent number for most Melee agility heroes.
