The matchmaking in this game doesn't even make sense

can i ask a question lads and ladies, now is your MMR worldwide? so if i play only on the Sydney server and i have an MMR of 4000 then i go play on a south African server do i still retain that MMR? or do i get an aggregate MMR in relation too matches played/wins&losses/average KDA/MMR ?

because i play ranked ap or captains ranked only usually in a three - five stack. now when i play less then a five stack, i usually (not all ways) but usually get stuck with a non English speaker, nothing against non-English speakers but if your on an English only server it stands to reason that you would be placed with people that *gasp* speak English? ... and this non-English speaker lets call him " ivan dominico " or "ivan" for short, now 90% of the time ivan ....is to put in layman's terms .... F@#k$!%g horrible. an example would be ..

cap mode me in 3 stack good captain well picked team running a 1-1-(1-2) Ivan and his friend go bot (with my mate legion jungling/laning) between them they have at lvl 4 - 4 stuns or disables... i go mid and after 3 mins i get first blood and at 12 mins im 3-0 ... i look at the score its 3-9 .... they each have died 4 times in 12 mins .. this continues up until 38 mins where between the two they have amassed a respectable 31 deaths .... and that's with us swapped tactics and falling back into a 1-1-3 then putting them onto top lane then swapping out our mid game strat for a push strat ... still they did noob things ( auto attack creep waves/no idea what pulling was/ not chaining there stuns together)

and this plus an extremely high number of like circumstances have led me to believe that on most other servers the lvl of skill is in general particularly lower thus leading to guys with 4000 MMR from Russia coming to play in this server and even though they have a high MMR there actual skill set is worse then people with an comparable MMR here ...

if you take this idea into account it makes more sense now why this happens....
