I'm wondering if reaching the ''High skill bracket'' is harder or not for a support, what do you think?

Difficult to say - it's harder to lift your team from that position compared to say a mid (who'll usually have more influence), but a team that has a reasonably good support is much more likely to win than a team that doesn't, so your win rate will be boosted.

I think that reaching that position from the lower-tier would be more difficult, but maintaining it would not.
